About Inspire Brands Hyderabad Support CenterInspire Brands is disrupting the restaurant industry through digital transformation and operational efficiencies The companys technology hub Inspire Brands Hyderabad Support Center India will lead technology innovation and product development for the organization and its portfolio of distinct brands The Inspire Brands Hyderabad Support Center will focus on developing new capabilities in data science data analytics eCommerce automation cloud computing and information security to accelerate the companys business strategy Inspire Brands Hyderabad Support Center will also host an innovation lab and collaborate with start-ups to develop solutions for productivity optimization workforce management loyalty management payments systems and more About Inspire Brands Inspire Brands is disrupting the restaurant industry through digital transformation and operational efficiencies The companys technology hub Inspire Brands Hyderabad Support Center India will lead technology innovation and product development for the organization and its portfolio of distinct brands The Inspire Brands Hyderabad Support Center will focus on developing new capabilities in data science data analytics eCommerce automation cloud computing and information security to accelerate the companys business strategy Inspire Brands Hyderabad Support Center will also host an innovation lab and collaborate with start-ups to develop solutions for productivity optimization workforce management loyalty management payments systems and more Senior Accounting Coordinator Lease AccountingThe Senior Accounting Coordinator Lease Accounting role supports the companys operational lease accounting function to ensure complete and accurate financial close internal and external reporting and the end-to-end lease cycle This position will support efforts to ensure that the lease accounting policy in accordance with US GAAP ASC 842 is executed and documented along with appropriate governance controls and segregation of duties This role is highly collaborative and highly visible given the lease accounting risk to the financial statements and important stakeholders lease admin legal accounts payable financial reporting corporate accounting FP A Treasury Tax etc Additionally this role will partner with other functional teams creating efficiency automation and standardization over the end-to-end process RESPONSIBILITIES Shared service centralized lease accounting close and reporting process ensuring compliance with U S GAAP internal controls and company policy and procedures for the accurate and timely payment billing of leases Bachelors degree or equivalent accounting or finance preferred Prepare daily weekly monthly activity including but not limited to percent rent payments billings CAM reconciliations rebilling to franchisees invoice adjustments etc ensuring the accurate and timely processing of financial transactions Assist in lease accounting operations and activities including monthly close process monthly rent and common area maintenance payments billings and monthly lease year end processes related to percent rent billings Prepare the transfers of locations Review monthly P L accounts related to CAM and taxes and research discrepancies between payments and billings to franchisees and make necessary adjustments Prepare journal entries Provide outstanding customer service EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS Minimum 2 years of relevant accounting and or finance experience property accounting preferred Experience with general ledger accounting systems Oracle Cloud preferred Fundamental understanding of US GAAP-based financial accounting ASC 842 Lease Accounting experience preferred REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE SKILLS OR ABILITIES Flexible hands-on self-starter with strong initiative and work ethic Business-minded analytical accountant who can work through complex technical accounting issues while balancing and managing details as needed Ability to work in a dynamic fast paced fast growing company Ability to develop effective workplans and meet assigned deadlines Team player who works with appropriate sense of urgency and ownership to meet deadlines and make progress on multiple brands projects and workstreams simultaneously Excellent communication skills and a customer service Proficient in MS Excel e g pivot tables X-lookups etc and Word Oracle knowledge is a plus
