Qualification: M.Com / MBA (Finance)

Experience: Minimum 5 years

Salary: As per experience and organizational norms

Job Summary:

MNR Educational Trust is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Junior Accountant to support daily accounting operations. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in Tally Prime , and sound knowledge of TDS, GST, PF, ESI, and Professional Tax filings . Prior experience in an educational institution will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day accounting transactions and bookkeeping using Tally ERP9
  • Prepare and maintain financial reports, ledgers, and records
  • Handle TDS, GST, PF, ESI, and PT filings on time
  • Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings
  • Maintain accurate records of receipts, payments, and bank reconciliations
  • Coordinate with auditors and ensure compliance with statutory requirements
  • Support in payroll processing and documentation
  • Assist senior accounts team with budgeting and internal audits

Key Skills Required:

  • Proficiency in Tally prime
  • Strong knowledge of TDS, GST, PF, ESI, and Professional Tax
  • Good command over MS Excel and other accounting tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail and time management
  • Good communication and coordination abilities
