Location: Rajasthan (Head Office)

Industry: Renewable Energy / Solar Power

Company: Diwakar Solar A leading solar energy company with 1000+ MW project experience, specializing in rooftop, on-grid, and off-grid solar solutions across Rajasthan and other Indian states.

Role Overview

The HR Executive will be responsible for driving end-to-end recruitment, employee relations, and engagement activities. The role demands strong interpersonal skills, process orientation, and the ability to create a positive work environment aligned with Diwakar Solar's growth and values.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

- Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates for technical, non-technical, and field roles.
- Develop talent pipelines through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and industry networking.
- Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements and ensure timely closures.

Employee Handling & Relations

- Act as the first point of contact for employee queries, grievances, and conflict resolution.
- Maintain employee records, HR MIS, and compliance documentation.
- Ensure smooth onboarding, induction, and exit formalities.

Employee Engagement & Development

- Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives, workshops, and team-building activities.
- Support performance appraisal processes and assist managers in employee feedback sessions.
- Foster a positive workplace culture that enhances employee motivation, retention, and productivity.

Key Requirements

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 24 years of experience in HR, with a strong focus on recruitment and employee engagement.
- Knowledge of HR processes, labor laws, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication, people management, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS software.
