We're looking for an extroverted, outspoken salesperson who's confident, assertive, and not easily negotiated down. Key Responsibilities Sales & Consultation: - Engage with potential customers through various channels (phone, email, face-to-face, etc.). - Conduct consultations to understand customer needs and recommend suitable products and solutions. Customer Relationship Management: - Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients. - Address customer inquiries promptly and professionally. Target Achievement: - Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs. - Identify and pursue new business opportunities. Market Expertise: - Stay updated on energy efficiency trends, the energy efficiency program, and EcoOrigin’s offerings. - Provide clients with clear and accurate information about products and benefits. Team Collaboration: - Work closely with the marketing, operations, and installation teams to ensure seamless service delivery. Qualifications & Skills - Proven experience in sales, consultation, or a related role (experience in energy or HVAC is a plus). - Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Customer-focused approach with the ability to build trust and rapport. - Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Basic understanding of what company does and services it provides is a plus.
