Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Analyst to serve as a key liaison between our marketing, web marketing, and technical teams. This role will focus on optimizing our Salesforce.Com (SFDC) environment and integrating third-party tools. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supporting projects related to mergers and acquisitions and is a self-starter capable of managing complex tasks from end to end. Key Responsibilities: - Business Analysis & Strategic Partnership: Partner with marketing and web marketing stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements, translating them into clear functional and technical specifications. - SFDC & Integrations Management: - Serve as a subject matter expert on SFDC and lead the end-to-end integration process, from requirements gathering and design to implementation, testing, and post-launch support. - Manage and support the integration ecosystem, ensuring seamless data flow between SFDC and various third-party marketing tools. - Proactively troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, collaborating with both internal and external technical teams. - M&A Project Leadership: Play a critical role in system consolidation and data migration during mergers and acquisitions, ensuring business continuity and data integrity. - Tool Management & Optimization: Evaluate, implement, and optimize marketing technology tools to drive efficiency and enhance marketing performance. - Process Improvement & Documentation: Analyze existing business processes and workflows, identifying opportunities for improvement and documenting best practices for long-term scalability. - Reporting & Data Analysis: Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable, data-driven insights to stakeholders. Qualifications: - Experience: 5-6 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a proven track record in marketing and technology environments. - Technical Skills: - Expertise in Salesforce.Com (SFDC) administration and integrations. - Proficiency in data analysis, data mapping, and a strong understanding of data hygiene principles. - Experience with project management methodologies (e.G., Agile, Scrum) and tools (e.G., Jira, Asana). - Knowledge of various marketing tools, including marketing automation platforms (e.G., Marketo, Pardot) and web analytics platforms (e.G., Google Analytics). - Personal Attributes: - A proactive, results-oriented "go-getter" who takes initiative and thrives in an environment with minimal supervision. - Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex information to both technical and non-technical audiences. Certifications: - A Salesforce Administrator Certification is strongly preferred.
