About Atos Group Atos Group is a global leader in digital transformation with c 67 000 employees and annual revenue of c EUR10 billion operating in 61 countries under two brands - Atos for services and Eviden for products European number one in cybersecurity cloud and high performance computing Atos Group is committed to a secure and decarbonized future and provides tailored AI-powered end-to-end solutions for all industries Atos Group is the brand under which Atos SE Societas Europaea operates Atos SE is listed on Euronext Paris The is to help design the future of the information space Its expertise and services support the development of knowledge education and research in a multicultural approach and contribute to the development of scientific and technological excellence Across the world the Group enables its customers and employees and members of societies at large to live work and develop sustainably in a safe and secure information space We are looking for SAP Portfolio Leader - RISE with SAP position please find the JD below SAP Portfolio Leader - RISE with SAP Location India Mumbai Pune Chennai Bangalore Type Full-Time Min 15 yrs SAP Portfolio Leader - RISE with SAP Key Responsibilities Portfolio Strategy and Planning Develop and maintain the RISE with SAP portfolio strategy aligned with organizational objectives Lead roadmap development for offerings under RISE with SAP including S 4HANA Cloud Business Technology Platform and associated services Conduct portfolio health checks and identify dependencies risks and opportunities Ensure integration of sustainability and digital transformation goals within the portfolio Project and Investment Oversight Oversee evaluation selection and prioritization of RISE with SAP initiatives Monitor portfolio performance against KPIs such as adoption rate revenue growth and customer satisfaction Manage portfolio budgets and ensure financial performance aligns with targets Drive innovation through partnerships with SAP and ecosystem players Governance and Risk Management Establish governance frameworks for RISE with SAP offerings ensuring compliance with Atos Group standards and SAP methodologies Facilitate portfolio review boards and decision-making forums Identify and mitigate portfolio-level risks including technology obsolescence and delivery challenges Stakeholder Management Collaborate with SAP internal sales teams and global delivery units to align priorities Communicate portfolio performance and strategic recommendations to senior leadership Engage with product owners R D and solution architects to ensure offering readiness Performance and Optimization Track and report on portfolio value delivery including business outcomes and customer success stories Continuously optimize offerings to meet evolving market needs and SAP roadmap changes Promote best practices for portfolio lifecycle management and offering industrialization Qualifications Proven experience in SAP portfolio management ideally with RISE with SAP Strong understanding of SAP S 4HANA Business Technology Platform and cloud transformation Expertise in portfolio governance financial management and strategic planning Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills Ability to lead cross-functional teams in a global environment Key Metrics Portfolio revenue growth and profitability Customer adoption and satisfaction for RISE with SAP offerings Delivery of strategic initiatives on time and within budget Compliance with governance and quality standards
