changing the way people and businesses think about cybersecurity digital experiences and identity and access management We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Associate Gainsight Administrator to support the administration configuration and optimization of our Gainsight platform In this role you will assist in managing the day-to-day operations of Gainsight ensuring data accuracy supporting end-users and enabling Customer Success teams with the tools and insights they need to drive retention adoption and growth This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their Gainsight journey to build expertise in Customer Success Operations and SaaS administration Responsibilities Assist in the day-to-day administration of Gainsight including user management permissions and system configuration Support the creation and maintenance of Gainsight Rules Reports Dashboards and Scorecards to provide visibility into customer health and key metrics Partner with Customer Success Renewals and other cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into Gainsight Help ensure data integrity and accuracy by monitoring integrations Salesforce DataBricks Service Cloud etc and troubleshooting discrepancies Contribute to the setup and maintenance of Journey Orchestrator Programs CTAs Success Plans and C360s Provide first-line support to Gainsight end-users including troubleshooting answering questions and escalating complex issues Assist in documenting system processes workflows and best practices for reference and training purposes Stay current with Gainsight product updates features and best practices to continuously improve system usage and adoption Qualifications Overall industry experience of at least 5 years with a minimum of 2 years Gainsight administration Strong experience with Gainsight CX Relevant experience in a business operations Salesforce or SaaS platform administration role internships or project experience considered Basic understanding of Salesforce CRM or similar systems preferred Strong analytical problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Detail-oriented with a passion for working with data and process optimization Strong communication skills with the ability to support and train end-users Eagerness to learn grow and develop technical expertise in Gainsight Preferred Skills Gainsight Associate Administrator Certification or willingness to pursue within 6 months Exposure to SaaS business models customer lifecycle concepts or Customer Success practices Basic knowledge of reporting
