Responsibilities Key Deliverables Build a resilient supply chain for the Automotive Division through Long term Capacity planning and mapping a Capacity assessment planning for existing supply chain parts based on 3 years LTP -Action Planning for Capacity Shortfall mitigation for ongoing new projects - Knowledge of automotive Electrical Electronics products such as lamps switches sensors wiring harness infotainment controllers ECUs audio system ADAS etc -Exposure on several processes such as injection moulding SMT assembly of E E parts software development etc -Enabling capacity creation at supplier end to meet the requirements through partnering with PD SSU CDMM SCM SQE suppliers -Ensure kick-off part development with close monitoring till Capacity creation SOP Handover b SSU SCM SQE vulnerable supplier alternatives c New projects C O parts capacity mapping across Platforms cross commodities Drive Short term Capacity Planning supply chain challenges mitigation a Identification of short-term challenges with Supply chain b Capacity enhancement on current parts c Quality related supplies issues alternate sourcing FTG corrections with current suppliers d Ensure kick-off part development with close monitoring till SOP Supply chain management understanding exposure Commercial acumen Capacity assessment techniques Problem solving techniques Root cause analysis Product development through APQP M M requirements MPDS process Conducting PTR PPAP MSA SPC at Supplier place Preferred Industries Automobile Farm Sector Education Qualification B Tech General Experience 5 to 7 yrs experience Critical Experience System Generated Core Skills Analytical Thinking Communication Skills Influencing Skills Project Planning Execution Risk Analysis Supplier Selection Pricing Price Optimization Supplier Risk Management Sourcing Strategic Sourcing Benchmarking System Generated Secondary Skills Negotiation Project Management Supplier Management
