Job Description

Responsibilities

Basis Operation

- A strong troubleshooting skillsets in BASIS topics
- Should have strong experience in SAP ECC, PO and SAP hana administration
- Experience in system DB refresh and kernel upgrades
- Transport order management(TO import , import issues troubleshooting)
- Printer management (install, modification, troubleshooting etc.)
- SAP batch job management (create, modify, monitor, troubleshooting etc.)
- PO monitoring and troubleshooting from basis perspective (inflow/outflow messages)
- SAP marketplace management (S-user account creation, OSS connection, diagnosis etc.)
- Conduct/coordinate DRP drill with outsourcer
- Support for internal/external audit

Authorization Management

- User authorization issues and Security topics troubleshooting skillset
- Working knowledge and hands-on experience in SAP security management
- SAP user creation/modification
- SAP user lock/unlock
- User role assignment
- Segregation of duty audit(LSF)

SAP project support

- Support Valeo SAP projects in addition to application maintenance

Other

- Strong communication skills to lead and drive drive topics independently
- Monthly dashboard reporting
- Vendor (infrastructure outsourcing) communication and support SAP infrastructure related activities
