Job Title Female IVR Call Attender Outbound Caller Location Kundli Sector-53 Phase-3 Job Type Full-time 10 00AM to 7 00PM We are looking for a polite confident and customer-focused Female IVR Call Attender Outbound Caller to manage inbound IVR calls and make outbound calls on leads generated from digital platforms for our resort The candidate will play a key role in ensuring excellent customer interaction converting inquiries into bookings and enhancing customer experience Key Responsibilities Attend inbound calls received through the IVR system and handle customer queries professionally Make outbound calls to potential customers leads generated via digital platforms social media website campaigns etc Provide detailed information about resort facilities services offers and packages Maintain lead records follow-up schedules and update CRM Excel sheets as required Convert leads into confirmed bookings through effective communication and persuasion Coordinate with the sales reservations team to ensure seamless booking confirmations Handle customer feedback and escalate issues to the concerned department if needed Ensure high standards of communication and customer satisfaction Requirements Female candidate with good communication skills Hindi English additional regional languages will be an advantage Minimum 1 years of experience in customer service tele calling IVR handling hospitality experience preferred Pleasant voice confident and customer-friendly attitude Basic knowledge of computers MS Office and CRM handling Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with good follow-up and convincing skills Perks Benefits Salary 15k-20k with performance incentives Growth opportunities within the hospitality industry Job Type Full-time Pay 15 000 00 - 20 000 00 per month Language Hindi Preferred English Preferred Work Location In person Speak with the employer 91 9996345210
