Female IVR Call Attender & Outbound Caller

Full-time (10:00AM to 7:00PM)

**Job Description**:
We are looking for a polite, confident, and customer-focused Female IVR Call Attender &
Outbound Caller to manage inbound IVR calls and make outbound calls on leads generated from

interaction, converting inquiries into bookings, and enhancing customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Attend inbound calls received through the IVR system and handle customer queries

professionally.
- Make outbound calls to potential customers/leads generated via digital platforms (social

media, website, campaigns, etc.).
- Provide detailed information about resort facilities, services, offers, and packages.
- Maintain lead records, follow-up schedules, and update CRM/Excel sheets as required.
- Convert leads into confirmed bookings through effective communication and persuasion.
- Coordinate with the sales & reservations team to ensure seamless booking confirmations.
- Handle customer feedback and escalate issues to the concerned department if needed.
- Ensure high standards of communication and customer satisfaction.

- Minimum 1 years of experience in customer service / tele calling / IVR handling (hospitality

experience preferred).
- Pleasant voice, confident, and customer-friendly attitude.
- Basic knowledge of computers, MS Office, and CRM handling.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with good follow-up and convincing skills.
