Job Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Sales Manager to lead and oversee our real estate sales team The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting sales targets developing strategic plans leading a high-performing sales team and ensuring excellent client satisfaction This role requires deep knowledge of the real estate market strong leadership skills and a proven sales track record Key Responsibilities - Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve company goals and revenue targets - Manage and mentor the sales team to improve individual and team performance - Oversee the daily operations of the sales department including team meetings reporting and performance tracking - Monitor market trends competitor activities and customer needs to adjust strategies accordingly - Establish and maintain relationships with clients channel partners and other stakeholders - Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for upper management - Ensure all sales activities comply with regulatory and legal requirements - Collaborate with marketing and business development teams for campaign planning and lead generation - Conduct regular training and performance reviews for sales executives Qualifications - Bachelor s degree in Business Marketing or a related field MBA preferred - Minimum 7-10 years of experience in real estate sales with at least 3 years in a managerial role - Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets - Strong leadership communication and interpersonal skills - Deep understanding of real estate market dynamics legalities and customer expectations - Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office tools ref updazz com
