Overview:

Rooftop is seeking dynamic and creative interns to manage the social media accounts of our celebrated artists on platforms like Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and Pinterest. This internship offers a unique opportunity to immerse yourself in the world of Indian art by engaging directly with master artists and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

- Research and develop a deep understanding of each artists background, their art forms, and their involvement with Rooftop, including workshops and curated experiences.
- Create engaging content across platforms, including posts, reels, and videos, to enhance artist profiling.
- Interact directly with artists to generate authentic and appealing content.
- Efficiently manage incoming messages and capture leads for Rooftops offerings.
- Stay updated with social media trends to integrate into a content creation strategy that aligns with the companys goals.
- Regularly document and report on new ideas, progress updates, and insights to the team.
- Execute social media strategies that align with the company&aposs overall marketing goals.
- Create engaging content that will attract and engage Rooftop&aposs target audience.
- Manage social media accounts, including scheduling posts, responding to comments, and monitoring engagement.
- Track and analyse social media performance, using data to inform future strategies.

Qualifications:

- Currently pursuing or recently graduated in Marketing, Communications, Art Studies, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in social media management and content creation.
- An eye for detail and a knack for storytelling.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Passionate about arts and culture, with a willingness to learn about various Indian art forms.

Duration: 4 Months

Stipend: INR 10,000 per month

Location: Mumbai / Jaipur
