Lead/Senior Product Designer

Key Responsibilities: - Define and lead the overall design strategy and vision for products across web and mobile platforms. - Conduct user research, usability testing, and data-driven design validation to inform design decisions. - Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs aligned with user needs and business goals. - Establish and maintain a scalable Design System ensuring consistency across the product ecosystem. - Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineers to align design direction with business priorities. - Lead and mentor a team of designers, fostering a culture of creativity, innovation, and design excellence. - Advocate for user-centric principles and champion design thinking across the organization. - Stay up to date with emerging design trends, tools, and technologies to keep the product experience modern and engaging. Required Skills & Experience: - 15+ years of experience in Product Design / UX / UI, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity. - Proven success in designing and launching user-focused digital products. - Deep understanding of Design Thinking, UX principles, and Interaction Design. - Expertise in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Miro, and Principle. - Strong portfolio demonstrating scalable design systems and impactful user experiences. - Excellent communication and storytelling skills to present design rationale effectively to executives and teams. - Ability to balance creative vision with technical and business constraints. Preferred Qualifications: - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, HCI, or a related discipline. - Experience designing for SaaS, enterprise platforms, or consumer tech products. - Background in user research and data-informed design decision-making. - Prior experience in a startup or high-growth product environment is highly desirable.
