This role demands the suitable candidate to take up Sales & Service management of Nepal market based out of Raxual. Extensive coverage & field work within Nepal. Candidate having past experience of working at Nepal in Packaging sector will be given the preference for employment. - Close coordination with our Distributor in planning and devising strategy in growing the business in Nepal - Top Account Managements Focus through Individual efforts - Management of Installed base, customer retention & win back from competition - Lead generation (Sales and Service) for business growth - Market Intelligence on Competitions - Supporting & Managing escalations for timely addressal - Supporting the local Sales team by getting involved in Sales Situation as and when required - Strengthening the Service Support team, identifying training needs if any and extending it through him - Guiding local backend team Essential You should have minimum experience of 3-5 years in sales & service of industrial automation & packaging machines. Should have excellent contacts/relationships with Manufacturing Industries/Packaging Machine manufacturers/Line Integrators/Industrial automation companies Speaking/writing fluently in English and local language Should possess strong communication, influencing, negotiation & presentation skills. You should be passionate about customers, technology and processes with a strong desire to continuously develop and improve long term business relationships with customers.
