You’ll bring structure to chaos, ensure execution of top priorities, drive cross-functional projects, and build alignment across the organisation. Key Responsibilities Strategic Execution Lead cross-functional initiatives, track progress on OKRs/KPIs, and flag risks COO Office Operations Coordinate weekly leadership meetings, prepare agenda/briefs, follow up on actions Change Management Drive implementation and adoption of new systems/processes Internal Communications Draft leadership updates, internal decks, townhall content Organizational Rhythm Create cadence for reporting, team reviews, retrospectives Culture & Capability Help embed a performance mindset, support talent development programs Qualifications - 3-5 years of experience in consulting, project management, operations, or a fast-paced digital environment - Exposure to digital marketing, SaaS, or agency ecosystems is a plus - Proven experience working with senior leadership or in a Chief of Staff/Program Manager role - Excellent communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills - High EQ, low ego, thrives in high-ownership environments.
