Key Responsibilities - Generate leads through networking referrals and direct sales activities - Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients - Understand client needs and provide suitable real estate project options - Conduct site visits with clients and explain project details pricing and benefits - Manage end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure - Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned - Maintain an updated client database and track sales progress - Coordinate with the CRM team for documentation agreements and customer support - Stay updated with market trends competitor activities and project launches - Represent the company in exhibitions property shows and promotional events Requirements - Bachelor s degree in Sales Marketing Business Administration or related field - Minimum 2-5 years of experience in sales preferably in the real estate industry - Strong communication negotiation and interpersonal skills - Proven track record of achieving sales targets - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Good knowledge of local property market trends - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software ref updazz com
