Sure Here s a sample JD for a Field Business Development Executive BDE at Jeevakarunya Charitable Trust Pathanapuram to sell sales training programs to individuals and organizations Job Title Field Business Development Executive BDE Location Pathanapuram Kerala Organization Jeevakarunya Charitable Trust Job Type Full-time Salary Competitive Based on experience Reports To Sales Manager Business Development Head About Jeevakarunya Charitable Trust Jeevakarunya Charitable Trust is a non-profit organization dedicated to uplifting communities through sheltering the poor educational programs skills development and career advancement As part of our mission we provide high-quality sales training programs aimed at enhancing the capabilities of individuals and organizations to drive business success Position Overview We are looking for an energetic self-motivated and goal-driven Field Business Development Executive to join our team The BDE will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients individuals businesses and organizations in the local and surrounding areas to promote and sell our sales training programs This is a field-based role and the successful candidate will need to actively meet prospects create opportunities and close sales to drive revenue growth for Jeevakarunya Charitable Trust s training programs Key Responsibilities Client Acquisition Identify and approach individuals companies and organizations in need of sales training programs Product Knowledge Develop a strong understanding of the sales training programs offered by Jeevakarunya Charitable Trust including content methodology and benefits to effectively communicate this to potential clients Lead Generation Prospect and generate new leads via cold calls referrals networking events and outreach through local partnerships Relationship Building Establish and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business Sales Presentation Conduct face-to-face meetings presentations and workshops to promote the value of sales training programs Tailor offerings to the specific needs of the clients Negotiation and Closing Negotiate terms pricing and contracts and close sales to achieve targets and contribute to overall revenue goals Market Research Keep up-to-date with local market trends competition and customer needs to identify new business opportunities Reporting and Documentation Maintain detailed records of client interactions sales activities and achievements through CRM software and regular reporting Team Collaboration Work closely with the internal sales and marketing teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and program customization Feedback and Improvement Provide valuable insights from the field to help improve our sales training programs and approach Qualifications and Skills Education A minimum of a Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field Additional certifications in sales or training are a plus Experience 1-3 years of experience in sales business development or a similar role preferably in the training or education sector Experience in selling training programs coaching services or corporate solutions is highly desirable Skills Excellent communication and presentation skills Strong negotiation and closing abilities Ability to build rapport and maintain long-term client relationships Proactive self-starter with a results-oriented mindset Good knowledge of local market trends and opportunities Proficient in MS Office and CRM software Ability to work independently and as part of a team Willingness to travel within the assigned geographic area Key Competencies Sales Acumen Ability to assess client needs and offer tailored solutions Customer Orientation Focused on building strong lasting relationships with clients Time Management Effectively managing time and prioritizing tasks to meet sales targets Problem Solving Ability to address client challenges and provide solutions that meet their needs Job Type Full-time Pay 20 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Schedule Day shift Supplemental Pay Performance bonus Education Bachelor s Preferred Experience Business development 1 year Preferred total work 1 year Preferred Language Malayalam Preferred Work Location In person
