? Role Overview:
We are looking for a BPO Campus Manager to drive talent acquisition for business, technology, and specialty roles across campuses. This role will focus on mass hiring, building relationships with educational institutions, and ensuring the timely fulfillment of hiring goals. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in campus hiring, stakeholder management, and recruitment strategy execution.
? Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition Strategy: Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies for various roles.
- Volume Hiring: Lead large-scale campus recruitment efforts, managing timelines, attrition, and 100% fulfillment targets.
- Process Management: Oversee end-to-end hiring processes, ensuring adherence to timelines, recruitment blueprints, and performance goals.
- Campus Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with TPOs (Training & Placement Officers), sign MoUs with campuses, and drive employer branding initiatives to position [24]7.ai as an employer of choice.
- Technology Tools: Manage Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), assessment tests, and recruitment dashboards for accurate reporting.
- Recruitment Campaigns: Organize recruitment drives, employee referral programs, and social media campaigns to attract top talent.
- Data Reporting: Ensure weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports on recruitment performance and progress.
- Leadership & Team Management: Lead a recruitment team, ensuring collaboration and performance to meet hiring targets and organizational objectives.
- Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor hiring practices, and continuously improve recruitment strategies.
? Key Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 10+ years of relevant experience in BPO campus hiring.
- Educational Qualification: Any graduate.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to influence and manage relationships with leadership and key stakeholders.
- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in recruitment tools, advanced Excel, Power BI, and Looker Studio.
- Campus Relations: Experience in handling campuses across South India or Pan India, and engaging with educational institutions for recruitment drives.
- Negotiation & Interpersonal Skills: Ability to negotiate, influence, and work effectively with various internal and external teams.
