We're looking for a Brand & Creative Strategist who can bring our voice to life, shape our online presence, and make AGT stand out in a crowded market. Role Overview We're looking for a creative brain + brand builder who can think big and execute smart. You'll define AGT's brand personality, develop campaigns, and guide our social and digital presence. You'll analyze trends, create scroll stopping ideas, and collaborate with our content writer, PM, and internal team to make sure our brand feels alive, not corporate. You won't be walking into an empty space - you'll join a machine of a team that works hard to execute. What we need is someone to ignite that machine with fearless ideas and creative spark, turning structure into standout storytelling. Key Responsibilities - Develop and own AGT's brand voice, tone, and storytelling across platforms. - Build content strategies and campaign ideas (e.g., case studies, client spotlights, thought leadership, behind the scenes culture). - Research industry trends, competitors, and creative inspiration to keep AGT relevant and fresh. - Partner with the content writer and designer to create engaging, multi format content (LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube). - Turn complex technical/staffing topics into simple, engaging narratives. - Brainstorm and pitch bold, out-of-the-box content ideas (memes, reels, challenges, storytelling formats). - Collaborate with leadership to align brand campaigns with business goals. - Track engagement metrics, report performance, and refine strategies based on results. Requirements - Background in brand strategy, social media, or creative marketing - professional or personal. (We value bold creativity over years of experience.) - Proven ability to grow engagement and brand presence (bonus if in tech, staffing, or B2B). - Strong creative instincts - can spot cultural trends and adapt them into brand content. - Skilled in storytelling, content planning, and campaign ideation. - Comfortable collaborating with writers, designers, and developers. - Bonus: hands-on design/video editing skills (Canva, CapCut, Adobe, Figma). Familiarity with SEO (keyword research, content optimization, measuring organic growth) - Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, MidJourney, CapCut AI, analytics automation) to speed up content creation and research. - Self-starter with the ability to run independently. - Portfolio or examples of past work required - professional or personal projects welcome.
