Job Description Job Description - Develop and execute marketing strategies to build brand awareness and drive sales. - Work closely with top-tier management to develop and grow customer-centric brands. - Have a clear understanding of the 4Ps: Product, Price, Place, Promotions. - Conduct market research to identify customer needs and preferences. - Manage the marketing budget for maximum impact and ROI. - Implement advertising and promotion strategies across ATL, BTL, and digital channels. - Plan and execute social media campaigns to increase brand engagement. - Build and maintain relationships with influencers, bloggers, and media outlets for positive brand coverage. - Strategize and execute brand photo shoots and other creative campaigns. - Develop and implement customer loyalty programs to enhance retention. - Monitor, analyze, and track sales performance across all channels. - Collaborate with marketplace managers and other internal departments to ensure alignment of marketing efforts. - Stay updated with latest marketing trends and technologies in the cosmetics and fragrance industry. - Manage relationships with marketing agencies to ensure planned outcomes and impact measurement. - Execute experiential marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility and engagement. ---------------------------------------- Check Your Resume for Match Upload your resume and our tool will compare it to the requirements for this job like recruiters do.
