APAC at DDN Storage you will be responsible for driving the growth and adoption of DDN Storage s industry-leading AI storage solutions across all of APAC including NPCs and enterprise AI in all of APAC but excluding Japan China and Taiwan You will lead a high-performing sales team develop and execute strategic sales plans and forge strong relationships with key customers and partners to accelerate the company s success in the rapidly evolving APAC landscape Responsibilities Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive the adoption of DDN Storage s AI storage solutions across APAC leveraging the company s proven track record of powering the world s most demanding AI and HPC workloads Build and lead a high-performing sales team fostering a culture of excellence innovation and customer-centricity that aligns with DDN Storage s values and the unique needs of the APAC market Forge strong partnerships with key APAC enterprises research institutions and technology partners positioning DDN Storage as the go-to solution for their AI storage needs Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product management marketing and engineering to ensure the development and delivery of cutting-edge AI storage solutions that meet the specific requirements and challenges of the APAC market Drive revenue growth and market share expansion in the APAC AI storage space consistently exceeding targets and setting new standards for success Serve as a thought leader and evangelist for DDN Storage s AI storage solutions participating in APAC industry events conferences and other forums to showcase the company s expertise and innovation Provide strategic insights and market intelligence to inform product development go-to-market strategies and competitive positioning in the APAC AI storage landscape Ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction and success working closely with the APAC customer support and professional services teams to deliver unparalleled value and localized support Requirements 15 years of experience in enterprise technology sales with a proven track record of success in the APAC market ideally with a focus on AI HPC or storage solutions Deep understanding of the APAC AI market including key trends challenges and opportunities and how DDN Storage s solutions uniquely address these factors Proven ability to lead and scale high-performing sales teams across multiple APAC countries with a focus on mentoring coaching and driving a culture of excellence and continuous improvement Exceptional strategic thinking and execution skills with the ability to develop and implement winning sales strategies that account for the diverse needs and dynamics of the APAC market Strong relationships with key APAC enterprises research institutions and technology partners with the ability to leverage these connections to drive business growth Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts and value propositions to both technical and non-technical audiences across different APAC cultures and languages Proven track record of driving significant revenue growth and market share expansion in the APAC enterprise technology space with a focus on AI HPC or storage solutions Bachelor s degree in a relevant field e g Business Computer Science Engineering required MBA or other advanced degree preferred Fluency in multiple APAC languages is a significant plus As the Vice President of APAC Sales at DDN Storage you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the future of AI across one of the world s most dynamic and innovative regions You will be joining a company with a long-standing history of leadership in the high-performance storage industry and a deep commitment to supporting the unique needs of APAC customers and partners If you are a visionary sales leader with a passion for driving transformative change and delivering unparalleled value to the APAC AI community this is the role for you DDNDataDirect Networks Inc is an Equal Opportunity Affirmative Action employer All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race color religion gender gender identity gender expression transgender sex stereotyping sexual orientation national origin disability protected Veteran Status or any other characteristic protected by applicable federal state or local law
