Together Make Life Brighter Shape the Future What will you do We are seeking an experienced and high-performing thought leader to join our Data and Analytics team as a Technical Delivery Lead The successful candidate will oversee the end-to-end delivery of complex data and AI solutions working closely with product managers solution designers engineers and customers to plan and execute projects leveraging data analytics and generative AI technologies This role requires excellent stakeholder management skills deep expertise in data analytics reporting and AI ML and a proven track record of leading cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead cutting-edge Gen AI projects and shape the future of data-driven solutions The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise strategic thinking and exceptional leadership skills to drive innovation and deliver tangible business value through AI and analytics initiatives Our role and team and plan their career with Sun Life Your scope of work key responsibilities Lead the successful delivery of complex AI and data analytics projects from inception to completion Collaborate with product managers solution designers and customers to define project scope objectives and deliverables Manage and mentor a cross-functional team of engineers designers business systems analysts and testers Develop and implement project plans timelines and resource allocation strategies Ensure adherence to both waterfall and agile methodologies as appropriate for each project Identify and mitigate project risks resolving issues promptly to maintain project momentum Foster strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels including C-suite executives Drive process improvements and best practices across the delivery organization Oversee the design and implementation of organizational structures to support project delivery Manage project budgets timelines and resource allocation effectively Provide regular status updates and reports to senior management and stakeholders Stay current with emerging trends and technologies in data analytics AI ML Gen AI Agentic Contribute to the company s thought leadership in AI and data analytics solution Key Qualifications and experience Minimum 15 years of experience in project program management of which 5 yrs of exp should be in end-to-end delivery management and 2 years with focus on leading Gen AI deliveries to production and operationalized new capabilities patterns Proven track record of successfully delivering complex large-scale tech projects Strong understanding of data analytics business intelligence and AI ML technologies and their applications Experience with cloud platforms preferably AWS services Proficiency in both waterfall and agile project management methodologies Demonstrated ability to manage and optimize organizational structures and processes Experience in stakeholder management at all levels Knowledge of industry best practices in project management and delivery Understanding of data governance security and compliance requirements Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Information Technology Engineering or related field Master s degree preferred Project Management Professional PMP certification or equivalent Agile Scrum certifications e g CSM SAFe highly
