Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-orientedMIS Automation Analyst / Developerto join our data-driven MIS team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for automating data workflows, building and maintaining interactive dashboards, and optimizing reporting systems that support critical business decisions across various departments.

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. MIS & Reporting Automation

- Design, develop, and automate daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports usingPower BI,SQL,Python, andDatabricks.
- set upautomated alertsand job scheduling to support near real-time for management reporting.

2. Dashboard Development

- Create interactivePower BI dashboardstailored for leadership and operational teams across sales, inventory, performance, and finance domains.
- UtilizeDAX,Power Query, andPythonto derive insights from structured and semi-structured data.
- Build data visualizations for campaign tracking, KPI monitoring, and strategicAd-Hoc Analysis & Stakeholder Communication
- Extract and aggregate data forad-hoc analysisto support cross-functional teams.
- Conduct stakeholder meetings to understand business requirements and translate them into technical deliverables.
- Providetraining and documentationfor non-technical users to consume reports efficiently.
