We are looking for a highly skilled and experiencedJava/J2EE Architectto define and guide the architectural vision of our enterprise solutions. As a key technical leader, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design robust, scalable, and high-performance applications usingJava/J2EEtechnologies. The ideal candidate has deep expertise in software architecture, frameworks likeSpring BootorQuarkus, and a passion for driving innovation and best practices.

- Define and implement the overall architecture for enterprise-grade Java/J2EE applications.
- Evaluate and select appropriate technologies, tools, and frameworks to meet project requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable and secure technical solutions.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams, ensuring high-quality code and efficient workflows.
- Lead the adoption ofSpring Boot,Quarkus, and other modern Java frameworks for microservices development.
- Ensure adherence to architectural principles, including scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
- Drive performance optimization and oversee the resolution of complex technical challenges.
- Create and maintain architectural documentation and technical roadmaps.
- Advocate for Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD practices to streamline development and delivery.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and trends to ensure the organization remains at the forefront of innovation.
