Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
. Design, develop, and implement Java-based applications with a focus on database interactions.
. Create and optimize database schemas, queries, and stored procedures.
. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and understand application requirements.
. Ensure data integrity and security through effective database management practices.
. Troubleshoot and resolve database-related issues and performance bottlenecks.
. Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
. Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in Java development and database management.
Qualifications:
. Experience in Java development with a focus on database integration.
. Proficiency in Java programming language and related frameworks (e.g., Spring, Hibernate).
. Strong experience with relational databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle.
. Knowledge of SQL and database design principles.
. Experience with database performance tuning and optimization.
. Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
. Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Preferred Skills:
. Experience with NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra) is a plus.
. Knowledge of cloud-based database solutions (e.g., AWS RDS, Azure SQL).
. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
