Location: Hybrid (Noida)

Budget: 5 to 8 LPA

Overview:

We are looking for a QC Associate to join our team who will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and effectiveness of our online lessons for students from Grades 3-9. This role involves class observations, feedback sharing, lesson plan coordination, maintaining records, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:

- Class Observation: Conduct regular observations of online lessons for English, Mathematics, Social Studies, and EVS (Grades 3-9), ensuring that the content is accurate and aligned with CBSE/ICSE curriculum standards.
- Record Keeping: Maintain detailed and accurate records of class observations, feedback, and performance metrics.
- Feedback Sharing: Provide constructive feedback to teachers and internal teams to ensure continuous improvement in lesson quality and teaching effectiveness.
- Lesson Plan Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that lesson plans are aligned with the curriculum and are effectively implemented during lessons.
- Task Completion: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the completion of all tasks, from lesson preparation to post-lesson evaluations.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the internal quality assurance team to ensure all processes and tasks are executed smoothly and within deadlines.
- Documentation: Maintain and update records, including observation reports, feedback forms, and coordination logs for internal review.
- Quality Assurance: Monitor the execution of lesson plans and assessments to ensure they meet educational standards and student learning objectives.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Strong knowledge of English for Grades 3-9, aligned with the CBSE/ICSE curriculum.
- Prior experience in teaching, quality control, lesson planning, or educational coordination is highly desirable.
- Ability to observe and evaluate lessons with a keen eye for accuracy and quality.
- Strong ability to maintain records and ensure the timely completion of tasks.
- Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills for providing feedback and collaborating with teams.
- Comfortable working with digital tools for recording, organizing, and collaborating remotely.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks without supervision.
- Ability to identify areas of improvement and work towards solutions to improve lesson delivery and educational outcomes.

Preferred Qualifications:

- A degree in Education or a related field.
- Familiarity with online teaching platforms and tools.
- Experience in-class observations and quality assurance processes.
