Job Description
Key responsibilities of the role:
Your key duties include:
- Understand business requirements, perform feasibility check and provide solution.
- Work closely with Capability leaders to understand the Roadmap of the Time & Absence Application
- Collaborate with other product teams to discuss and align from end to end impact of the feature, requirements
- Produce solution/functional design documents
- Understands the Technical Architecture and integrations of a HCM product
- Setup the product workshops, gather requirements, and create solutions that is fit for the purpose.
- Work with vendor and understand product roadmap, new features to improve our business processes.
- Explore new features, perform POC and present to the stakeholders.
- Be part of vendor community to be on top of product issues, solutions.
- Responsible for classifying data, assessing risk and ensuring that security strategy are implemented and maintained.
- Have experience working in a matrix environments
HCM Extract, BIP Report, Fast Formulas, REST APIs experience is mandatory
Key skills and requirements:
Required:
- 6 to 8 years of experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Time and Absence Modules.
- Have Techno Functional expertise knowledge in OTL and Absences
- Must have implemented OTL and Absences for Enterprise Customers
- Extensive knowledge in Time and Attendance business process.
- Experience of working through Agile methodology
- Excellent Communication and presentation skills
- Good Exposure towards working in highly matrixed setup of Global MNCs
- Experience in design thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in stakeholder management.
- Fusion HCM absence certification is mandatory
- Have strong collaborative mindset Excellent oral and communication skills
- Skilled in PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Visio
- Fluency in English
Preferred:
- High level of attention to detail
- Strong time management skills
Qualifications:
Bachelor Degree in Science, BE/BTech in Computer Science
