We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Recruiter to join our Human Resources team The ideal candidate will be responsible for full-cycle recruiting with a strong emphasis on leveraging online job boards to attract and manage a diverse pool of qualified candidates Key Responsibilities Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies Create post and refresh engaging job advertisements on various online job boards including but not limited to Indeed Actively manage candidate applications received through job board platforms ensuring timely review and disposition Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications experience and cultural fit Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records within our Applicant Tracking System ATS Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process Assist with other HR-related tasks as needed Qualifications Proven experience as a Recruiter with a minimum of 2 years experience Demonstrated experience in posting and managing job applications on popular job boards such as Indeed is essential Familiarity with other job boards e g LinkedIn Glassdoor local job sites is a plus Excellent communication written and verbal and interpersonal skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Knowledge of recruitment best practices and employment laws Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Word Excel Outlook Experience with an Applicant Tracking System ATS is preferred Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field or equivalent practical experience
