Data management/: Help with data entry, report compilation, and management presentation preparation. Document Preparation/: Create, edit, and format memos, internal communications, and formal papers. Event Planning/: Help organize and carry out staff get/-togethers, team meetings, and internal company events. Onboarding/Offboarding/: Help the HR division with the administrative facets of hiring new employees. Soft Skills/: Exceptional organizational and time management skills with high attention to detail. Strong interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills. Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. Proactive attitude and ability to multitask and prioritize workload independently.
