We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Consultant Specialist.

In this role, you will:

- Significant experience in IT Industry, preferably in Financial Services

- Multiple Large Procurement technology deliverable experience, primarily Source to Pay domain

- The candidate must have significant Coupa Source to Pay product experience and expert in Coupa Analytics

- The candidate must hold Coupa certifications (Procure-to-Invoice System Administration Certification/ Analytics Certification a must)

- Work closely with team as directed by lead, take responsibility, help grow others yet build application domain and contribute to other projects as directed

- Understanding how Coupa can integrate to other technologies across procurement, source systems and ERP technologies

- Experience in requirement gathering, solution design, prototyping, user training and documentation

- Excellent communication skills as leading stakeholder workshops and meetings will be mandatory (including System Integrator experience)

- Contribute in how to best implement configuration management and configuration path to live to support a production system

- Work closely with IT project management and IT operational teams providing support and guidance

- Core understanding of Agile Methodology, Change Management processes & tools (JIRA & Confluence)

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

- Minimum 10+ years experience in IT Industry Preferably a banking background

- 3+ Experience in Coupa & Functional SME and must have Coupa certifications (Procure-to-Invoice System Administration Certification/ Analytics Certification)

- Experience in Coupa implementation and Coupa Configuration.

- Experience in Coupa Analytics and reporting

- Preferably a Procurement background and how Coupa can integrate to ERP system like Oracle Fusion and address invoice, tax accounting handling

- Experience in requirement gathering, solution design, prototyping, user training and documentation

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with other stakeholders, such as developers, business representatives, and process owners, to Understanding feature requirement & Design provide feedback.

- Knowledge of software development methodologies (Agile and Waterfall) & tools (JIRA)

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
