Job Title Senior Plumbing Fire Fighting Engineer - Tendering Costing Project Type Residential Projects Location INDIABULLS GREEN PARK - PANVEL Experience Required Minimum 6-12 Years Salary Range 65000 to 8500 Industry Residential Construction EPC Infrastructure We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Plumbing Fire Fighting Engineer Tendering Costing to handle end-to-end estimation tendering and costing activities for plumbing and fire fighting works in high-rise residential projects Key Responsibilities Preparation of detailed BOQs for Plumbing Fire Fighting works Quantity take-off from Tender GFC drawings Preparation of accurate rate analysis material labour composite End-to-end tendering costing and budget preparation Preparation and submission of tender documents Preparation of comparative statements for contractor vendor quotations Coordination with design site purchase and contracts teams Handling variation extra item and revised BOQs Cost control budgeting and value engineering Support during contract finalization and negotiations Ensuring compliance with NBC Fire norms and IS standards Systems Knowledge Required Plumbing Systems Water Supply Drainage STP RWH Fire Fighting Systems Hydrant Sprinkler Fire Pumps Fire Shaft Knowledge of NBC Local Fire Authority norms and IS codes Key Skills Plumbing Fire Fighting Tendering and Costing BOQ Preparation Quantity Take-Off Rate Analysis Material Labour Composite Tender Documentation Bid Submission Cost Estimation Budgeting Comparative Statement CS Preparation Handling Variations Extra Items Deviations Knowledge of NBC Fire Norms IS Codes Value Engineering Cost Optimization Coordination with Design Site Purchase Contracts Teams Sub-contractor Finalization Negotiation Support Strong proficiency in MS Excel Working knowledge of AutoCAD Residential High-Rise Project Experience Analytical Problem-Solving Skills Education Qualification BE Diploma in Mechanical or Civil Engineering OR equivalent Required Skills Minimum 8-12 years of experience in Plumbing Fire Fighting tendering costing Strong knowledge of BOQ estimation and rate analysis Proficiency in MS Excel mandatory Working knowledge of AutoCAD Strong analytical and negotiation skills Good communication and coordination abilities Preferred Candidate Experience in high-rise residential buildings Ability to work independently and lead junior team members Immediate or short-notice joiner preferred Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 65 000 00 - 85 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Commuter assistance Flexible schedule Internet reimbursement Provident Fund Experience Plumbing Fire Fighting 5 years Preferred Work Location In person
