Job Title Tendering Costing Engineer - Plumbing Firefighting Project Type Residential Projects Job Location Panvel Experience Required Minimum 10 Years Salary Range 65 000 to 80 000 per month Joining Immediate Joiner Preferred Job Responsibilities Prepare tenders estimates and costing for Plumbing Firefighting works in residential projects Study tender drawings specifications BOQs and scope of work Prepare detailed BOQs rate analysis and cost estimates Coordinate with design billing procurement and site teams for accurate costing Handle pre-bid queries clarifications and technical submissions Prepare comparative statements for vendor and subcontractor quotations Support management in finalizing bid pricing and negotiations Maintain tender records cost data and MIS reports Ensure costing is in line with project budget and company margins Required Skills Knowledge Strong expertise in Plumbing Firefighting tendering and costing Hands-on experience in residential projects high-rise preferred Excellent knowledge of BOQ preparation rate analysis and estimation norms Proficiency in MS Excel and tendering estimation tools Sound understanding of IS codes NBC and firefighting norms Good coordination negotiation and communication skills Educational Qualification Diploma Degree in Mechanical or Civil Engineering preferred Preferred Candidate Profile Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in Plumbing Firefighting tendering Experience in large residential or township projects will be an added advantage Immediate joiners will be given priority Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 65 000 00 - 80 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Commuter assistance Internet reimbursement Provident Fund Experience tendering Engineer 10 years Required Work Location In person
