Job Description How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW Directly or through a team of developers, build and implement evolutions for a software product/solution in accordance with technical needs of the customers and with methodology, planning, budget, quality. Key Responsibilities - Design & Prototyping: - Create low-feature mockups (concept screens) to rapidly validate core workflows and navigation paths with stakeholders and end-users. - Develop high-feature mockups (cockpits and key interfaces) that accurately simulate the final user experience, focusing on data visualization, ease of use, and efficient task completion for solutions (like AVEVA ERM and SAP EPPM for example). - User Research & Testing: - Plan and facilitate user research and testing sessions, including interviews, surveys, and usability studies. - Coordinate and manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT) participation, collecting structured feedback to validate that the configured solutions meet user expectations. - Identify and engage a diverse group of users from our global engineering centers (Europe, Asia, and the US) to ensure a comprehensive view. - Analysis & Insights: - Analyze qualitative and quantitative user feedback to identify pain points, usability issues, and opportunities for improvement. - Translate research findings into actionable recommendations and design specifications for D&IT Product Managers and the technical implementation teams. - Collaboration & Communication: - Act as a user advocate within the project, ensuring that user needs are prioritized in all design and configuration decisions. - Collaborate closely with D&IT Product Managers, Global and Local Solution Owners, business stakeholders, and operational teams to align on a shared vision for the user experience. - Work in partnership with the software editors (SAP and AVEVA) and the single system integrator to ensure a cohesive and consistent user experience is delivered across the integrated IT landscape. - Maintain UX/UI Standards: - Contribute to the development and maintenance of a consistent user experience and design standards across our new solutions, promoting a cohesive and professional interface. ___________________ Are you a MATCH - Experience: - Min Experience of 10 years in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio showcasing a proven track record of designing user-friendly enterprise applications. - Prior experience with digital transformation projects and complex enterprise software (e.g., ERP, Engineering solutions, DMS). - Experience in an industrial, engineering, or technical environment. - Technical Skills: - Expertise with UX/UI design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Miro). - Strong knowledge of user research methodologies, including usability testing, interviews, and surveys. - Familiarity with design thinking principles and agile development methodologies. - Soft Skills: - Communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and research findings clearly to a wide range of audiences. - Problem-solving abilities, with a relentless focus on understanding and addressing user needs. - Highly collaborative, with the ability to build consensus and influence decisions without direct authority. - Our Differences make our Performance At Air Liquide, we are committed to build a diverse and inclusive workplace that embraces the diversity of our employees, our customers, patients, community stakeholders and cultures across the world.
