We are looking for a  UI/UX Designer with 1–2 years of experience who can turn ideas into clean, user-friendly, and visually appealing digital experiences. Responsibilities Design intuitive and engaging user interfaces for Zigrow’s platform (web & mobile). Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and translate insights into design improvements. Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to visualize features and workflows. Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs. Maintain and evolve design systems, style guides, and brand consistency across products. Test and iterate on designs based on feedback and usability testing. Stay updated with UI/UX trends, design principles, and emerging tools. Requirements 1–2 years of professional experience as a UI/UX Designer (startup/tech/Saa S preferred). Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects (web or mobile). Understanding of user-centered design principles and responsive design. Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS (optional but good to have). Ability to balance aesthetics with usability and business goals. Strong communication skills to present and explain design decisions. Tools & Skills Design & Prototyping: Figma (primary), Adobe XD, Sketch Graphic Design: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva (for quick creatives) Research & Testing: Hotjar, Maze, or similar usability testing tools Preferred Qualifications Experience designing Saa S products, dashboards, or multi-tenant platforms. Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG). Experience working with design systems and component libraries. Ability to create micro-interactions and motion design for better UX.
