Job Description: Content & Digital Marketing Specialist (Agritech Industry) About the Role We are seeking a highly creative, strategic, and hands-on Content & Digital Marketing Specialist to take full ownership of our brand’s presence across all digital platforms. The ideal candidate will not just copy competitor strategies but create unique, impactful campaigns that build strong brand value and connect with our target audience — especially in the agriculture, agritech, and farm machinery sectors. You will be responsible for Meta & Google Ads strategy, content creation, and complete social media management — from ideation to execution — while collaborating with designers and video editors to deliver high-quality campaigns. This role requires a visionary, trend-savvy, and practical marketer who understands the dynamics of rural marketing, farmer engagement, and B2B agribusiness promotions. ⸻ Key Responsibilities Digital Strategy & Ads - Develop, plan, and execute Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns with clear ROI goals for agriculture and rural audiences. - Create unique ad copy & creatives that resonate with farmers, agri-dealers, and distributors. - Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaigns for maximum performance in agri markets. Content Creation & Social Media - Take full ownership of all company social media platforms: Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter (X), YouTube, Quora, Threads. - Generate fresh ideas, write engaging content, create ad copy, and manage posting schedules. - Work with creative teams to produce professional agriculture-focused content (farmer stories, dealer promotions, crop-cycle campaigns, product demos). - Ensure daily content activity across platforms with focus on agriculture, farm machinery, and seasonal crop cycles. Brand Building & Market Positioning - Develop unique marketing plans that uplift brand value and position us as a leader in agritech & farm machinery. - Maintain consistent brand voice across all touchpoints. - Stay updated with latest trends in digital marketing, rural consumer behavior, and agriculture innovations.
