Job Description

1. Job Description

We are seeking a passionate Junior Interior Designer to join our team and contribute to the design and execution of high-end residential, commercial, and boutique projects. You will work closely with senior designers, assist in creating design concepts, prepare detailed drawings, and coordinate with vendors and clients. This role is ideal for someone eager to learn, grow, and gain hands-on experience in delivering premium interior projects with creativity and precision.

2. What Youll Do

- Assist senior designers in developing design concepts, mood boards, and presentations.
- Prepare and update 2D/3D drawings, working drawings, and technical details across all disciplines.
- Support in preparing BOQs, material specifications, and design documentation.
- Participate in site visits to understand execution progress and ensure design intent is maintained.
- Collaborate with vendors, contractors, and consultants to source materials and finishes.
- Conduct research on trends, products, and innovative solutions for ongoing projects.
- Prepare and organize client presentations with attention to detail and aesthetics.
- Maintain project files, trackers, and design libraries for internal reference.
- Communicate effectively with team members and provide timely updates on assigned tasks.
- Uphold Atelier NOUAs standards of quality, detailing, and premium client experience.

3. What We Expect

- Bachelors degree/Diploma in Interior Design or Architecture.
- 02 years of experience in an interior design role (freshers with strong portfolios are welcome).
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop (knowledge of 3Ds Max/Revit is a plus).
- Strong creative and visualization skills with attention to detailing.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Eagerness to learn, take feedback positively, and deliver within deadlines.
