Delhivery has successfully fulfilled over 2.8 billion shipments since inception and today works with over 30,000 customers, including large & small e-commerce participants, SMEs, and other enterprises & brands. Responsibilities - Spearhead the growth of top-of-funnel leads for Small Businesses within our Express Parcel and Part Truckload Businesses - Knowledge of CRM automations and Performance Marketing - Develop and maintain consistent brand messaging and positioning across all marketing channels - Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of integrated marketing campaigns, encompassing advertising, events, and sponsorships to elevate brand awareness and market share among SMEs - Collaborate with Product teams to ensure seamless user experiences across signup flows and optimize marketing attribution - Create and manage compelling content across various platforms, including social media, website, blog, and sales enablement materials to enhance brand visibilits - Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and customer preferences to inform brand growth strategies - Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of brand initiatives and campaigns - Manage the marketing budget to optimize RO - IFoster close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Creative, Sales, Product, Support, and Operations, to ensure brand strategies align with overall business goals Marketing Manager Requirements - Knowledge of CRM automations and Performance Marketing - 5+ years of marketing experience in a B2B software or services company serving a high volume of SME clients in India or abroad - Strong financial acumen and analytical skills - Deep understanding of the SME persona and the ability to develop targeted campaigns that effectively communicate our message - Ability to discern and champion high-quality creative content - Proven project management experience collaborating with Product, Creative, and Digital Marketing teams - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective cross-functional teamwork
