Job Title: SAP Plant Maintenance (PM)

Location: Bengaluru, India

Experience: Minimum 5 years in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM)

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Application Lead to drive the design, development, and configuration of applications, with a primary focus on SAP Plant Maintenance (PM). As the key point of contact, you will lead cross-functional collaboration, oversee project delivery, and ensure that solutions align with business objectives and technical standards. You will guide your team in solving complex problems, managing project priorities, and fostering an environment of innovation, efficiency, and knowledge sharing.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

- Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) in SAP PM, providing technical and functional guidance.
- Lead, manage, and mentor the application development team, ensuring optimal performance and collaboration.
- Take ownership of team-level decisions and contribute to key organizational and cross-team initiatives.
- Drive integration of SAP PM with other SAP modules and related applications.
- Provide effective solutions for technical and functional issues, ensuring application reliability and performance.
- Conduct knowledge-sharing sessions to enhance team skills and capabilities.
- Monitor project progress, manage timelines, and ensure on-time delivery of application components.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align application functionality with business needs and technical requirements.

Professional & Technical Skills

Must-Have Skills:

- Proficiency in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM), including configuration, implementation, and support.
- Strong knowledge of application design, development methodologies, and best practices.
- Experience in integrating SAP PM with other SAP modules (MM, PP, etc.).
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills in application and SAP environments.
- Familiarity with project management tools, techniques, and Agile/Waterfall methodologies.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

- Experience in cross-functional SAP implementation projects.
- Exposure to SAP S/4HANA environments.
- Ability to work in a global, multi-team setup.

Additional Information

- Work Location: Bengaluru, India (on-site role).
- Minimum Experience: 5 years in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM).
- Education Requirement: 15 years of full-time education.
