Do you have a passion for shaping and leading the analytics strategy within a globally diverse organization Join our team As a Project Analytics Solutions Manager within our team you will assess the current operational landscape and pinpoint opportunities to utilize analytical methodologies and toolsets This will lead to the discovery of enhancement initiatives In this role you will conduct sophisticated quantitative and statistical analyses of extensive datasets to identify trends patterns and correlations that can be leveraged to boost business performance Job Responsibilities Lead the project across the various Business Operations and manage the project end to end across various stages like business analysis solution review implementation plan milestone tracking and managing stakeholders Provide visionary leadership for the Data Analytics and Transformation Team setting clear goals strategies and goals aligned with the overall business strategy Build mentor and manage a high-performing team of data analysts scientists and transformation experts fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment Establish and enforce data governance standards ensuring data accuracy consistency and compliance with relevant regulations Collaborate with other department heads and executives to identify opportunities for data improvements streamline processes and enhance decision-making across the organization Lead the development and implementation of advanced analytics techniques such as predictive modeling machine learning and AI to uncover valuable insights from complex datasets Manage organizational change by leading digital transformation initiatives promoting a culture of data focused decision-making and facilitating the adoption of new tools and technologies Define and monitor key performance indicators KPIs related to data analytics and transformation initiatives regularly reporting progress and outcomes to the executive team Required Qualifications Capabilities and Skills Minimum 8 years of experience in roles within data analytics with a minimum of 5 years in leadership positions in managing complex projects across geographies and line of business Demonstrated project management experience in leading organizational change and transformation initiatives Hands on experience in business analysis and process reviews and help documentation of the key operations requirements Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities with a focus on driving business impact through data-driven insights Proficiency in project management methodologies and Microsoft tools Knowledge of data privacy regulations and ethical considerations in data analytics Ability to develop and execute a data strategy aligned with broader business objectives Ability to leverage intelligent solutions for tactical fixes -
