Job Position Production - Engineer Senior Engineer Company Name TEFUGEN Technologies Private Limited Work Location Thuvakudy Trichy About TEFUGEN TEFUGEN Technologies Private Limited TEFUGEN is an augmenting global leader in Engineering Services Design Manufacturing Supply and Erection that partners with its clients to simplify strengthen and transform their businesses TEFUGEN provides Engineering Services in Finite Element Analysis FEA Computational Fluid Dynamic CFD Analysis CAD Modelling Performance Testing Field Engineering Services FES and Manufacturing to various industrial domains throughout the world We adopt our Client s perspective and provide services with the highest level of certainty and satisfaction Role Summary This position is primarily responsible for developing new technology to meet the needs of our customers as well as internal technical strategies by performing the following duties Engineer for the production facility Coordinator for the production process General Responsibilities To assist and complete production processes in line with in the schedules and deadlines Oversees the daily Operations of the Manufacturing facility Plan coordinate execute complete and dispatch projects effectively by maintaining companies Quality standards Work with production team to develop evaluate and optimize cost-effective production processes Contractors labour management Supervising the work of Contractors preparing work schedules and assigning specific duties Confer with engineers and other personnel to implement operating procedures resolve production troubles and provide technical information Read and interpret blueprints technical drawings schematics and computer-generated reports Specify system components or direct modification of products to ensure conformance with engineering design and performance specifications Regular review of activity reports and other performance data to measure productivity and goal achievement and to determine areas needing cost reduction and program improvement Help exceed Company turnover and Operations Goals Set and maintain productivity and quality standards Ensure Customer excellence and delivery of Quality products Oversee inventory in the stores Reduce wastage of power material paints oil gas etc Schedule regular maintenance in the production facility Schedule Plant meetings Safety meetings etc Ensuring accurate ERP data entry by respective departments Drawing interpretation and Cutting plan checking To determine production process according to the requirements Planning and organising production schedules Overseeing production processes Production rescheduling based on the customer or commercial requirement Coordination for organising the repair and routine maintenance of production equipments and machineries Determining quality control standards in each products To maintain the overall quality control in each production process Coordination for Customer visit Inspection Ensuring that health and safety regulations Organising for three shift and Sunday shift operation To Monitoring in each workcentre and ensure the production schedule To monitoring overall housekeeping in all workforce Production process data updation Contractors monthly bill checking and submission to F A department To workout the labour cost for product manufacturing To update and maintain the In house rate schedule Skills Required Analytical and creative thinking flexibility communicability Learning attitude strong entrepreneurial spirit Ability to manage diverse tasks in a fast-paced environment Dynamic highly organized and capable of multitasking Ability to make decisions relating to Financial planning Problem solving and analytical skills Comfortable with Linux operating systems and other open-source software applications Focus on achieving the target Fluency in English Tamil Ability to store and record information accurately Good written and oral communication skills Good computer related skills Good social and interpersonal skills Job Type Full-time Pay 10 000 00 - 15 000 00 per month Work Location In person
