Job Position Junior Engineer Engineer - CAD SOLIDWORKS Company Name TEFUGEN Technologies Private Limited Work Location Thuvakudy Trichy About TEFUGEN TEFUGEN Technologies Private Limited is a global provider of Engineering IT solutions but not limited to Computational Fluid Dynamics CFD Finite Element Method analysis FEM Engineering analysis Software development Automation focusing on various industrial domains throughout the world We continue to expand our reach and capabilities to various industries including thermal power plants solar power plants and other energy power generation industries We constantly thrive to build our reputation and enabling our clients to recognize TEFUGEN as a company with high standards in offering cutting-edge solutions throughout the world Essential Responsibilities Perform engineering work related to configuring deploying maintaining and upgrading CAD models Design and develop high quality models using 3D and 2D CAD tools Determine design specifications and parameters for CAD models Furnishing necessary inputs against customer orders like drawing raw material etc To facilitate and support submission of offer Release of drawing bill of material for production material group against customer order Giving clarification to production planning stores commercial and other departments Liaise with clients to identify their requirements Investigate and undertake analysis on how to improve existing projects or components Summaries scientific and engineering principles in an easy to understand manner Write technical reports to summaries findings Cover the concept specification tender and development of new projects or components Design the aesthetics materials and functionality of components Use SOLIDWORKS CAD CAN and CAM systems to design and visualise projects Undertake model making prototyping and product testing Identify new systems and processes to drive quality efficiency and save costs Undertake complex calculations Communicate effectively with the clients colleagues and contractors involved in a project Generation of sub-delivery items list forgings casting other BOIs for procurement through purchase Item inspection whenever required along with quality Assist in improving daily processes to ensure that the CAD systems meet customer requirements Assist in implementation of CAD engineering applications Preservation of engineering drawing generated engineering documents and data Provides technical support to the product line manager technical services management and others as required on product designs and manufacturing capability Qualifications Requirements Experience Freshers 1 Years Experience Education B E M E in Mechanical Engineering Industrial Type Manufacturing Industrial Production Machinery Function Area Engineering Skills Required A sound knowledge of engineering design principles Good experience in Engineering Designing related to Thermal power plant projects IT skills and experience using computer-aided design software such as Draftsight and Solidworks A knowledge of material properties An understanding of manufacturing processes and construction methods Spatial and design skills to be able to visualise projects in 2D and 3D Analytical and creative thinking flexibility and communicability Should be a team player and have the ability to work well unsupervised manage their time effectively and be self motivated Ability to work on multiple projects Excellent Written and oral communication skills in English is a must Flexibility in Timings and willingness to be involved in all aspects of the operation Ability to organize and document the work accurately Focus on achieving the target Job Type Full-time Pay 10 000 00 - 20 000 00 per month Ability to commute relocate Trichy Tamil Nadu Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work Required Work Location In person
