Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Food Server located in Patna. The Food Server will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience for all guests. The role includes maintaining cleanliness and standards of hygiene, collaborating with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely service, and assisting with the setup and breakdown of dining areas. Applicants must demonstrate a commitment to hospitality and an understanding of customer needs in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications - Proficiency in Customer Service and Communication skills to effectively interact with guests and address their needs. - Knowledge of Food & Beverage operations and expertise in Food Service to ensure quality and efficiency in serving customers. - Understanding of Cooking techniques to assist with food preparation or provide menu-related recommendations to diners. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment with enthusiasm and attention to detail. - Previous experience in the hospitality industry is preferred but not mandatory. - Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and evenings.
