Description
We are seeking an experienced Associate, Cyber Sec Admin to join our cybersecurity team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring security incidents, conducting assessments, and implementing security measures to protect our organization's information assets.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage security incidents and alerts using security information and event management (SIEM) tools.
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to identify and mitigate security risks.
- Implement security policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with IT teams to integrate security measures into system architectures.
- Assist in the development and execution of security awareness training programs for employees.
- Maintain and update security documentation, including incident response plans and risk assessments.
Skills and Qualifications
- 9-12 years of experience in cybersecurity or information security roles.
- Strong understanding of network security protocols and architecture.
- Proficiency in using SIEM tools (e.g., Splunk, ArcSight) and endpoint protection solutions.
- Experience with vulnerability scanning tools (e.g., Nessus, Qualys) and penetration testing methodologies.
- Knowledge of firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS, and other security technologies.
- Familiarity with compliance standards such as ISO 27001, NIST, and GDPR.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
