About the Company : Makoons Play School is a leading early childhood education provider in India, dedicated to nurturing young minds through innovative, play-based learning experiences. About the Role : We're seeking a dynamic Assistant Manager - Admissions to drive our BTL marketing initiatives and manage the admissions process across our network of schools. Responsibilities : Develop and execute BTL marketing strategies to generate quality leads Plan and represent Makoons at promotional events, educational fairs, and open houses Guide prospective families through the enrollment journey with comprehensive counseling Process admission applications and maintain accurate enrollment databases Build partnerships with schools, community organizations, and businesses for referrals Collaborate with franchisees to achieve enrollment targets Monitor trends in early childhood education and competitor activities Required Skills / Qualification : 3-5 years in admissions, BTL marketing, or customer relations (education sector preferred) Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills Strong organizational abilities and proficiency in MS Office & CRM systems Passion for early childhood education Willingness to travel across Karnataka and South India Pay range and compensation package : Competitive salary and benefits Equal Opportunity Statement : Makoons is an equal opportunity employer.
