About the Company: Makoons Play School is a leading early childhood education provider in India, dedicated to nurturing young minds through innovative, play-based learning experiences.About the Role: We're seeking a dynamic Assistant Manager - Admissions to drive our BTL marketing initiatives and manage the admissions process across our network of schools.Responsibilities:- Develop and execute BTL marketing strategies to generate quality leads- Plan and represent Makoons at promotional events, educational fairs, and open houses- Guide prospective families through the enrollment journey with comprehensive counseling- Process admission applications and maintain accurate enrollment databases- Build partnerships with schools, community organizations, and businesses for referrals- Collaborate with franchisees to achieve enrollment targets- Monitor trends in early childhood education and competitor activitiesRequired Skills / Qualification:- 3-5 years in admissions, BTL marketing, or customer relations (education sector preferred)- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills- Strong organizational abilities and proficiency in MS Office & CRM systems- Passion for early childhood education- Willingness to travel across Karnataka and South IndiaPay range and compensation package: Competitive salary and benefitsEqual Opportunity Statement: Makoons is an equal opportunity employer.
