Job Description Performance Marketing Executive Full-Time | Remote Aquilon Tech is hiring a full-time Performance Marketing Executive to run paid campaigns across LinkedIn, Meta, and Google. You'll support our inbound marketing program and help generate high-quality SME leads in the UK market. The role blends hands-on execution, daily optimisation, and data-driven decision-making. Key Responsibilities - Execute and optimise campaigns on LinkedIn, Meta, and Google Ads. - Monitor daily performance, pacing, bidding, and delivery. - Build and manage retargeting lists, lookalike audiences, and custom segments. - Launch A/B tests on creatives, landing pages, and messaging. - Maintain accurate tracking (UTMs, pixels, events) across channels. - Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with clear insights. - Coordinate closely with the strategy lead to align campaigns with broader marketing goals. - Proactively flag issues such as ad fatigue, rising CPA, or low conversion flow. Requirements - 1 year of hands-on experience in performance marketing. - Working knowledge of LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Ads. - Understanding of lead-gen funnels and B2B acquisition. - Ability to analyse metrics and adjust campaigns quickly. - Familiarity with basic CRO principles. - Strong communication skills and an execution-first mindset. Preferred Qualifications - Experience with B2B brands, IT services, or consulting. - Exposure to UK/Europe targeting. - Basic understanding of Google Tag Manager and event tracking.
