SkillsCapital is hiring Talent Acquisition Interns who will play a critical role in sourcing, evaluating, and engaging top-tier technology professionals across the globe. You will be part of the team powering our AI Talent Cloud and will gain hands-on experience across sourcing, interviewing, candidate relationship management, and delivery operations. This is a high-responsibility, hands-on internship designed to give you real exposure to how global tech hiring happens inside a fast-growing startup. What You Will Work On As a Talent Acquisition Intern, your responsibilities will include: - Sourcing and identifying top tech talent for global roles using our AI-powered Talent Cloud - Screening resumes and conducting initial assessments to evaluate both technical and behavioural fit - Working on active client requirements and ensuring timely delivery of shortlisted candidates - Building and maintaining strong talent pools across multiple technology skill areas - Matching candidates to open roles using AI-enhanced workflows and ensuring high-quality alignment - Coordinating with hiring managers and internal teams to understand job requirements - Maintaining long-term candidate relationships and ensuring a positive experience - Assisting with recruitment operations, dashboards, and weekly reporting - Contributing to continuous improvement of sourcing processes, workflows, and candidate pipelines - Leveraging AI tools to improve efficiency, sourcing quality, and decision-making Who Should Apply This role is ideal for students, recent graduates, or early-career professionals looking to build expertise in talent acquisition, sourcing, and global tech hiring.
