Overview We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Marketer to join our team The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive engagement and growth This role requires a blend of creativity and analytical skills to effectively reach our target audience and enhance brand visibility The Marketer will work closely with cross-functional teams to implement campaigns that leverage various digital marketing channels Duties Develop and manage email marketing campaigns using platforms such as Pardot and Mailchimp Conduct customer segmentation to tailor marketing messages for different audience groups Utilize CSS to enhance the design and functionality of marketing materials Analyze campaign performance through analytics tools providing insights for continuous improvement Implement testing strategies to optimize marketing efforts across various channels Oversee digital marketing initiatives ensuring alignment with overall business objectives Manage marketing automation processes to streamline workflows and improve efficiency Collaborate with sales teams to ensure cohesive messaging and branding across all platforms Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in digital marketing Qualifications Proven experience in email marketing with proficiency in tools such as Pardot and Mailchimp Strong understanding of customer segmentation techniques and their application in marketing strategies Familiarity with CSS for creating visually appealing content is preferred Solid analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions Experience in digital marketing including social media SEO and content creation Knowledge of testing methodologies to evaluate campaign effectiveness Proficiency in marketing automation tools is a plus Basic understanding of SQL is advantageous for data management tasks Excellent communication skills both written and verbal with a keen attention to detail Join us as we strive to elevate our brand presence through innovative marketing strategies Job Type Full-time Pay 10 000 00 - 20 000 00 per month
