About Taxmann Our Vision Our vision is to achieve perfection skill and accuracy in everything we do What started as a small family business in 1972 Taxmann has become a technology-oriented Publishing Product company with independent Research Editorial Production Sales Marketing and Technology divisions These four functions went on to become the backbone of Taxmann Our Mission Spearheading the pursuit of expertise and authenticity Our mission at Taxmann is to provide the most authentic and fastest information reporting We are proud to call ourselves the 1 source for everything on Tax Corporate Laws of India with the domain knowledge of more than 60 years and trust given by more than 500k legal professionals nationwide Our Strength Taxmann owes its success to its core strength the Editorial and Research Division comprising a highly motivated group of over 200 associates from the legal community i e advocates lawyers chartered accountants and company secretaries who monitor all the developments in the judicial administrative and legislative fields and process the information with impeccable perfection skill and accuracyRoles Responsibilities 1 Sales Target Achievement - Achieving monthly quarterly and annual sales targets - Increasing market share within the assigned territory - Monitoring and analyzing sales performance to identify growth opportunities 2 Team Management - Leading mentoring and motivating the sales team to achieve individual and team targets - Conducting regular team meetings to review performance and plan strategies - Identifying training needs and ensuring the team is well-equipped to handle market challenges 3 Market Expansion - Identifying new market opportunities and expanding the customer base - Developing relationships with schools colleges libraries bookshops and professional organizations - Launching new products and ensuring effective promotion and distribution 4 Customer Relationship Management - Maintaining strong relationships with key accounts trade partners and institutions - Addressing customer queries and ensuring high satisfaction levels - Collecting and analyzing customer feedback to enhance product offerings and services 5 Distribution and Logistics - Ensuring optimal stock availability and timely delivery of products - Collaborating with distributors and retailers for seamless operations - Monitoring inventory levels and ensuring proper order replenishment 6 Promotional Activities - Organizing and participating in book fairs seminars and workshops - Planning and executing promotional campaigns to increase product visibility - Collaborating with marketing teams for area-specific initiatives 7 Data Analysis and Reporting - Analyzing sales trends and preparing detailed reports on performance - Monitoring competitor activities and suggesting strategies to counter them - Reporting to higher management with actionable insights and recommendations 8 Compliance and Administration - Ensuring adherence to company policies and standards - Managing budgets for area operations and promotional activities - Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory requirements Required Skills - Good communication skills- Total experience Year wise atleast 6 months work experience- Experience Work wise in capacity of Customer Support- Always Maintain Good Telephone live chat email Etiquettes ref updazz com
